We are looking for individuals or companies who are determined to make a difference in the World by supporting a business that fights for true sustainability - while at the same time potentially making a lot of money in the years to come.

True sustainability is also about financial sustainability. Therefore we are now transforming Stedsans into a model that can reach a lot more people while it also makes more money.
About the business idea
We are looking for partners who will be a part of taking Stedsans to the next level – financially and in how many people we can reach and inspire.
From spring 2025 Stedsans will transform into a resort that is open every day and can host more people at the same time.
The resort does not only meet the huge demand for sustainable, high quality holiday destinations, retreats and conferences – but it also a place that affects the way people think sustainability and well-being.
It’s almomst plug & play. The resort is in place with buildings, brand, guests and organisation.
What will be added is a new/upgraded restaurant area, better relax- and sparetime facilities and more facilities for families.
About the investment
To become a partner you buy at least 4% of the company for 420.000 SEK (36.500 EUR). Bigger investments are welcome.
The ROI for new investors is around 1 year according to the budget. This may sound too good be true, but the numbers really are that promising. The reason is that we with very few adjustments can go from being open two days a week, we can now be open every day and with a bigger capacity per day. In this way we can meet the huge demand we experience wih a very small increase in fixed costs.
