Our facilities:

  • 16 double cabins with double- or twin beds + room for putting up extra tents. All cabins are made in natural materials only, set with organic bed linen and 100% biodegradable toiletries + have their own private toilet. Read more about our cabins here.

  • We have different options for bigger groups. Please contact us on mail@stedsans.org for further details.

  • We also have a number of caravans to use for larger groups

  • A ‘private’ 7-hectar forest on a lake, faraway from traffic and noise

  • Floating sauna, SUP’s and other lake activities

  • Outdoor shower by the lake. You shower in warm lake water that goes straight back to the lake. It’s water neutral and beautiful.

  • A little boathouse with a fireplace for relaxing, reading or small meetings

  • An outdoor stage for yoga, music etc.

  • A harmfree/poison free/truly sustainable environment

  • An ambitious restaurant with it’s own farm, run by regenerative/permaculture principles. Maybe the most sustainable professional kitchen in the world. Clean, water-neutral, no waste and ultra local. A year-round outdoor kitchen where all cooking is done over fire.

  • The restaurant is placed in an 80 m2 building made in glass and wood only, located off-the-grid in the middle of the forest


Our location:

  • Stedsans is placed in a forest near Hyltebruk/Halmstad

  • It’s a little under 3 hours drive from Copenhagen, 2 hours from Gothenburg and 2 hours from Malmö

  • The nearest airports are in Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Malmö, Halmstad and Växjö

Below is an example of a 24-hour event with food and drinks included. Arrival- and departure times can be adjusted to your specific needs. Until March 2025 dinners will be served family style in the glass house. From April 2025 dinners can either be served on a buffet in the glass house or in our ‘Stedsans Farm to Table Forest Cuisine’. Rental of the glasshouse, per day (24 hours): 16.071 SEK / 10.535 DKK excl. VAT
Additional charge per person for food + accomodation , from: 2232 SEK / 1465 DKK excl. VAT

Terms

The price is excluding VAT (moms) and includes all food and drinks according to the suggested program, while extra activities or additional meals may be charged. The price is based on 2 people sharing a cabin.

We charge a deposit on 1/3 of the price for securing the date, and the final invoice is due 10 days before the event.
