-Book for winter season-
Enjoy a simple dinner on Fridays or a 4-course dinner on Saturdays - or both! Our winter season runs from October-March.
What to expect
You arrive in the afternoon to a heated sauna by the lake. We serve you a cold drink or a cup of tea from our plant medicine garden (or a really good cup of coffee) and a treat from the kitchen.
While you enjoy yourself we light the fires and harvest the last ingredients for a dinner cooked on the very best our gardens, the forest and a few carefully selected local suppliers have to offer. We make drinks on medicinal plants for those who don’t drink wine and for those who do, we open some of our favourite natural wines.
The night ends around the fire by the lake before it’s time to go to rest.
The next morning we light up the sauna again, and serve you a delicious breakfast, again featuring the best of what we have around us.
What to take away from the experience
Stedsans is ‘just’ a very good dinner or romantic get-away. But if you are open to it, it’s also an initiation and a glimpse into a life more in sync with nature and a non-harmful way of walking on Mother Earth.
A stay with us always includes:
A hot/cold drink and a treat at arrival (from 14.00)
Full access to to sauna and other water actitivities on the lake throughout your stay
A simple meal and dessert + a bottle of wine (or alcohol free alternative) on Fridays and/or a 4-course dinner with wine pairings on Saturdays.
Overnight stay in a double-cabin with private toilet or one of the other options
Shared showers
Breakfast
If you stay for 2 nights we offer a complementary lunch on Saturday.
