🤎 We share our chocolate cake recipe 🟤

One of our most loved (and requested) recipe: Stedsans’ chocolate cake!

Ingredients:
250 g butter
250 g sugar
250 g chokolate
5 eggs

Steps:
1. Cut butter in cubes and pour the sugar over in a large bowl.
2. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water. Let it melt slowly. 
3. Blend the chocolate. 
4. Add the blended chocolate to the melted sugar + butter. Take out whisk and dough scraper.
5. Grease a gastro tray lined with baking paper. Heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. 
6. Crack all the eggs into a bowl and add them to the chocolate mixture. Whisk well until the dough is even. 
7. Add the dough to the gastro tray. Bake for 30-45 minutes until a sharp knife comes out clean.
