Discover Mette's beech leaf blend recipe

The beech trees turned green a few weeks ago now. It’s not only super pretty to have the forest all fluorescent green, it also means that for the next few weeks we can serve beech leafs!

We use them as topping and in salads. And we drink them. 

This is Mette’s super simple way to to get the delicious mildly acidic flavors, the nutrients and color out of the beech leafs and into a bottle. 

Ingredients:
1/2 liter fresh beech leafs
1 liter water
A tiny pinch of salt

Steps:
Add the ingredients to a blender.
Blend well.
Strain.
Enjoy cold !
