In weekdays you can book Stedsans for seminars, retreats and smaller private dinners. Unfortunately we are not able to do larger events like weddings.

PRIVATE DINNER/CONFERENCE PRICE LIST

It is proven that peoples’ brains work better in a natural environment. 

Prices are ex vat/moms. 

The barn is a beautiful room with good opportunities for plenum and group work. Here we have access to power and a projector.
The restaurant is good for groupwork.

Our simple lake spa with a floating sauna, hot tub and 3 canoes is available all day.
If you want, we can add a guided tour where we explain our philosophy and thoughts behind the project.

The whiteboard can be placed in the restaurant or the barn.

11 double cabins/tents for 1-2 people

Total maximum: 36 people

+ the possibility of placing extra kids beds/cribs in some rooms

We also have a few more primitive accomodation types, and a camp site.

Terms and conditions

- We send out a deposit invoice covering 1/3 of the expected total amount for the event. When this is paid, the booking is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable.

- 14 days before the event, we send out an invoice for the rest of the amount. This needs to be paid before arrival. Please let us know the final number of guests before this date.

- Changes to the number of guests can be made up to 14 days before arrival.
